Title Reeves Store and Post Office
Description Reeves Store and Post Office, Siloam, North Carolina. The brothers Richard Elwell and Micajah Coke Reeves shared a homestead overlooking the Yadkin River in Siloam. Together they operated a large farm of over one thousand acres and under the firm name of R. E. & M. C. Reeves, they ran a general store/post office, a mill, and a tobacco factory about a half mile north of their home. Of these three enterprises, only the store building remains.
