Title Hodges House
Description Bartholomew Hodges house, SR 1341. Information on the back of the photograph identifies the location as Dobson Township. According to information in SIMPLE TREASURES, this log house was built in 1805 and is one of the oldest and most architecturally significant houses in Surry County. A wringer washer and rocking chair are on the front porch. State Record 505.
